Instructors

Who Are Our Instructors?

Our instructors are qualified specialists licensed to administer the Leadership Instrument. Because the Instrument produces detailed leadership assessments and development recommendations, it is not available for unsupported public use.

Each instructor combines advanced Instrument training with substantial academic knowledge or professional experience. This ensures every assessment is administered responsibly, interpreted accurately, and translated into a practical development framework.

Instructor Qualifications

Eligible instructors must complete one year of full-time postgraduate study in applying the Leadership Instrument. They must also meet at least one of the following professional requirements:

  • Be a qualified psychiatrist
  • Hold a degree in psychology
  • Be a qualified sociologist with at least five years’ experience in a public institution
  • Be a senior human resources executive with at least ten years’ experience managing a workforce of 150 or more employees

What Our Instructors Do

Licensed instructors are trained to:

  • Administer the Instrument according to established standards
  • Guide participants through the assessment process
  • Explain findings clearly and responsibly
  • Identify leadership strengths and development priorities
  • Build targeted, practical development plans
  • Support implementation and evaluate progress
  • Maintain professional ethics, accuracy, and confidentiality

Assessment analysis is being progressively supported by secure automation to strengthen consistency and protect participant confidentiality. However, qualified instructors remain essential for guidance, interpretation, and development planning.
