Overview

This three-level certificate develops the emotional intelligence needed to understand yourself, engage others, and lead with influence.

Level 1: Analyse and Understand Yourself

Develop self-awareness, recognise emotional patterns, manage reactions, and respond constructively.

Level 2: Understand and Analyse Others

Build empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand others’ emotions, behaviours, and needs.

Prerequisite: Level 1

Level 3: Emotional Intelligence for Influence

Apply emotional intelligence to build trust, encourage open communication, manage feedback, and influence others positively.

Prerequisite: Level 2

Progress through all three levels to lead with greater awareness, empathy, confidence, and impact.
